Annual Shell Lake Dues
Lake property owners have agreed to pay annual dues
to cover the cost of the maintenance of our beautiful lake.
These dues are paid annually for the fiscal year of April-March.
In the past they helped cover the cost of:
- Paying a neighbor to spray/treat the lake every two weeks
- Chemicals and equipment
- Aerators
- Power to aerators
- Annually water testing
- Occasionally the boat, motors and other equipment needs to be repaired
- Private property signs
- Guest passes
- Stamps/paper/printing needs
- Lake Raft
- Lake safety signs and equipment
Dues this year are due on May 1, 2009
Dues are $175.00*
You may pay by check to Shell Lake Estates
and drop it off at the Lehman's house at 29W152 Lakeside

Is PayPal safe to use?
PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant (Shell Lake Estates). Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.
Why is there a fee to pay online?
There will be a convenience fee of $5.30 to use the pay now option. This will cover the cost of the paypal fee of 2.9% + $0.30 USD of each credit/debit transaction.
Why is PayPal is not working?
If paypal is not working, please try back later. It is a new account and my take a few days to work properly. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
*This price may raise after our Shell Lake meeting, based on the outcome of our future maintenance plans. Another invoice will be sent out based on this outcome.
